lovely building, great and lovely location adjacent to 15 to 20 minutes up hill from the center of town, and the mountain in sorrento. airy room with modern decor and large bathroom. early check in and exceptional service.

the hotel's location was wonderful, near to 15 to 20 minutes up hill from the center of town as well as a cliff which means the sun goes down early in the afternoon. amazing breakfast with an excellent self made fresh squeezed orange juice straight from the property's orchard and option of omelettes and the best coffee, and the staff was pleasant and consistently courteous.

I loved the fine views from the pool area. It felt great to relax and soak in the scenery. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, with delicious options every morning. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The noise from the hallway could be a bit disruptive at times, especially at night. I also found it inconvenient that I had to walk uphill from town at night. It's manageable but not ideal after a full day of exploring. The staff were friendly, but some seemed uninterested. The lack of shuttle service to key areas was disappointing too. Wish there were more poolside drink options available, rather than just the standard selections.

Food in the restaurant was delicious (although expensive).

The rooms were very expensive - we wouldn't normally spend that amount of money on accommodation and possibly would not again.

Spotless rooms with a pleasant garden view and executive bar area. Warm and large breakfast with yoghurt and including meats prepared by incredible staff.

Can just recommend for a momentary visit

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, with a beautiful garden with citrus trees and flowers that contributed to a refreshing atmosphere with my family in the Superior Triple Room with Sea View, and the location was perfect for easy access to the charming tourist area.

We enjoyed the hotel even though it is a little bit outside the town. It made for a pleasant walk. The staff was friendly. They have a beautiful indoor pool which saved our trip since we manage to see the worst summer in Italy in years.

We did have problems that our credit card was used even though I specifically asked to use a different one on sight and the staff had no idea that I requested it. When I returned home I did see an email that had been sent but we were already on our trip so I did receive it.The staff did their very best to correct the situation. The breakfast buffet was not the best and it seems to me that they should put the buffet to the back of the room so that everyone can sit and enjoy the fantastic view.

The executive floor amenities were first class.

The kingsize guest room was very small in comparison to other Hilton locations and the walk to the centre and back was quite challenging for people of a certain age.

Nice hotel with great amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool, 24-hour reception, and a cute bar/lounge. The staff helped me with evening plans during my first stay, which I appreciate.

Beautiful hotel and good quiet location. Staff very helpful and willing to cater for you.

When we arrived we noticed that there was no tea making facilities in the room and immediately went to reception. They gave us tea and coffees and a kettle for the room but I feel it should have been in the room as hotel is of high standard.

The Hilton Sorrento offered clean and tidy rooms, great pool side facilities and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the views over the bay of Naples from the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was fantastic

The hotel Internet costs are very pricey.

We enjoyed a scenic drive to Pompeii and explored the beautiful Amalfi Coast. The hotel had a great atmosphere and we loved the pool area. Make sure to ask the concierge about local tours too!

One thing that stood out was how some staff wouldn't acknowledge us in the lobby or seemed uninterested. It felt a bit odd for a hotel of this level.

The views from the hotel were exceptional. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Facilities especially the swimming pools were excellent and well designed for children of all ages. We enjoyed the sun decks and the bar. The breakfast arrangements were also very good

Staff extremely friendly. Restaurant is also a must.

The free WiFi works very badly. Undersized for such a chain. Bar is very nice, fantastic view, but very expensive.
